Putting Off a Motion

As mentioned, the Phoenix Light Rail is done from nearby my place through Phoenix to Mesa. I've not ridden yet. I don't commute. If I did, I just might. Going for coffee shouldn't be too complicated. I'd ride my bike to the terminal at Christown and hop on but there's usually other business to attend to along the way. Getting back into shape with that aim in mind, though.

The right-of-way looks devastated along West Camelback Road. Many years of grief on account of construction. All along much in transition but financing tight, I'd surmise. Going to take a while.

Some hazards contending with it... quite a few vehicular collisions reported. I can see how. Crazy drivers already... accentuated.

Just remembered that the first thing I saw after getting my first pair of glasses on Roosevelt Avenue in Queens was the El. Clear as crystal. (Joe Duffy the optometrist; friend of my grandmother's.) Really, could distinguish all the girders and the superstructure. Twelve years old, I suppose. That was a fantastic walk home, you bet.
