Tipping Scales

Glad to have run into old friend at coffee. Easy pixelating too. Was looking for another who did a star turn in a movie. That was one giddy surprise, to see him hold the screen the way he did. Very suave fellow. We've tubbed together too. (I'll bet he's thirty degrees cooler somewhere.) Not there. Yet reminds me of Lincoln Center parking story - coming right up, by accident.

Dropped twenty pounds the last month.
Ready to get back on treadmill and do dumb-bells.

Still rice and pasta (don't mention couscous, now) but metabolic activity rising. Holding off on meat dishes until lifting again.

Haven't heard from city compliance officer about landscape and figure all is well. I miss the pittospori. When they got scorched I was near despondent. Will be quite a while before the oleander fill out and attain height - the color, though, given the water, will be spectacular.
