Preening

Another deadline of a day.

Got held up to a major extent after linking to a music downloading site - for purposes other than that. Got two security alerts upon attacks. Had to do a full scan. Over a million files now. An hour and a half, just about.

Who's got the time to go back and delete all the superfluous files that surreptitiously intrude? I mean beyond the defaulted disk cleanings. Spent some time a while ago deleting programs I didn't use; ended up on the phone with vendors to make sure I wouldn't compromise others. The complications are exasperating should you delete one that is codeterminate of another... then you're calling Kim Commando.

With regard to these music sites, they seem to be a habitat of predators, all the kids piling in and what not. Once had a System 32 crash caused by an erstwhile legit and fee collecting site, or so I surmised. Was less expensive to get another laptop than replace the hard drive, not to mention the cost of extraction; many pictures on that drive, still held in reserve.

Finally got going. Downtown. Take care business. Exasperating.
Settled down, cooled off. Shot above quick as I could. Took off.

Chihuahuan Raven? Maybe pigeon. Not quick enough.
