Supposed to Study

Have been swamped. The usual suspects - merchandising schemes, product specifications, but also now work-station navigation. The process has not exactly been systematic. No sustenance without neither. Aspects of theatricality a bit much; whatever happened to "strictly business" where is presently all these people acting out and pouncing their personas upon one.

I've got to get focused and handle some certain technique.

Customer service has become atrocious - we all know that.
Frankly, I see it as fundamentally a staffing problem...
an unfortunate cutting to the chase, if you will.
