Ran into Fitz from G&D last night. Looks like a prospect.
Might have asked him to envoy toward ameliorating observance.
There's OTB places otherwise, but wouldn't think they'd showcase.
Another "issue" contingent to having sat at work stations recently:
I've gotten regularly compacted! Need stool softener, I suppose.
Plenty of olive oil in diet. (Ouch.) Has to be the long-seated sessions.
Have senna; mostly a matter of scheduling commode time.
Might have to stay home for that.
Prefer to be out and about.
